Firstly, you book a taster lesson and provide details regarding your child’s specific educational needs at checkout. Our team will then allocate you a best-fit tutor based on the information you provide and shortly after further details will be emailed to you.
– All tuition is delivered via the Virtual Classroom.
– Links to join the lesson are emailed to parents before the scheduled lesson time.
– Lesson feedback and any homework will be emailed to parents after each lesson.
Allows students to learn whilst being in their own space and has greater flexibility with timings. We also understand that younger children may struggle with their concentration after a full school day and then commute to a tuition centre – turning on a laptop/computer and instantly joining their tuition lesson saves their energy for learning and engaging with their tutor!
Our tutors are passionate young people who are either studying or have graduated from a leading UK university. They are vetted in a rigorous selection process and interviewed by our team of experienced educators.
All conversations between parent and tutor take place outside the lesson via email. You can briefly talk to the tutor at the start or the end of the video call 🙂.
Yes, if appropriate notice is given to the tutor. Late notice may result in you being charged for the original lesson at the original time.
All payments are taken in advance of each lesson using our automated payment software that is parent-friendly!
